Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made in advance through our official communication channels. Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation request is submitted before the trek start date.
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges apply based on the timeline:
- More than 15 days before trek: Minimal charges
- 7–15 days before trek: Partial charges
- Less than 7 days before trek: No refund
3. Last-Minute Cancellation
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made at the last moment or after the trek has started.
4. No-Show Policy
If a participant does not show up for the trek without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation by Company
India Travel Top reserves the right to cancel treks due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
6. Rescheduling Option
Participants may request to reschedule their trek, subject to availability and applicable charges.
7. Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
Booking fees, permits, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
9. Communication
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official contact channels with proper booking details.
10. Policy Changes
India Travel Top reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
